At our store, all of our frames come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for your peace of mind. This warranty, provided by the original manufacturer, guarantees the authenticity of our inventory. It covers any manufacturing defects that may arise.
However, please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by the wearer or extreme conditions such as heat or moisture. Additionally, scratches on sunglass lenses are not covered. In order to qualify for a warranty replacement or store credit, the original frame must be returned.
Examples of what is not covered under warranty include damage caused by inappropriate cleaning solutions or excessive force.
To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service department. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the process. Please be prepared to provide a detailed description of how and when the damage occurred, along with photos of the frame.
Please note that we are unable to provide a replacement frame or lenses until we receive the original pair. Once we have assessed the damage, our Warranty Department will determine if it is eligible for a warranty claim.
If your product is covered under warranty, you will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to our office. We will then repair or replace the defective frame at our discretion. If the exact frame is no longer available, we will offer you store credit for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note that refunds are not offered for warranty claims.
